How this list is worked out
Every star, under the rasi it falls in (36 rows), is matched by the same rules the /porutham/ calculator uses. Eight or more of ten with all five of Dinam, Ganam, Yoni, Rasi and Rajju is uthamam; six or seven, again with all five, is madhyamam. When both share one rajju the grade does not rise whatever the count. 'Vedhai stars' means tradition holds the two stars to be vedhai to each other.
